STAT Telemedicine & Walk-In is a newly opened urgent care clinic proudly serving Dearborn Heights and the surrounding communities. Founded by Sakniah Hachem, a dual-board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, our mission is to redefine access to healthcare.
We offer a wide range of services including sick visits, physicals, weight loss management, Botox, IV fluids and vitamin therapy, COVID and flu testing and treatment, trigger point and joint injections, blood draws, urinalysis, STD and drug testing, and more.
With over 12 years of healthcare experience, Sakniah Hachem brings advanced expertise in acute care, internal medicine, ICU, and trauma. She served on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic as part of the Rapid Response Team at Corewell Farmington Hills, treating critical emergencies including strokes and heart attacks.
Her dedication to wellness goes beyond medical treatment—she’s also passionate about helping patients feel confident through in-office aesthetic services like Botox and weight loss injections.

Israa Awada, our medical assistant, goes by Izzy for short. She has two years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab setting. She is passionate about helping others. Many would describe her as a people person. She is always kind, compassionate, and loves to always lend a hand to those in need.

Zeinab Bazzi
Zeinab Bazzi, our office manager, has over eight years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, and clinical lab setting. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Healthcare Management with a passion to improve patient care and healthcare systems. Outside of work Zeinab enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter who brings joy to her busy life.
